Monitoring and stressing the education and learning of the help-seekers is one of the most important activities of the “Yavaran” organization. Therefore, this unit has direct supervision over their educational process. That is why receiving the help-seekers’ latest report card is of importance.
As for the organization’s educational and learning services, the following may be noted:
• Educational consultation
• Providing and sending the textbooks
• Coordinating with private tutors
• Giving out awards to encourage students with a high GPA
• Consultation on choosing the field of studies from the 9th grade, with an emphasis on introduction to the technical and vocational education and manual skills training for those qualified
• Help-provider/supporters for the 10th, 11th and 12th grades: The help-provider/ supporters are a group of organization’s volunteers pursuing the help-seekers’ educational conditions in high school and supporting them in their studies. It is worth mentioning that some of our help-provider/ supporters are students at top universities across the country.
• Paying the school transportation service fees in special cases
• Paying the school tuition fees in rare cases
• Scholarships for the qualified students
Only the qualified may benefit from some services.
The donations are defined as “Educational Aid”. In fact, one of the conditions of the organization’s financial support is the help-seekers’ persistence in education and continuing their studies. “They” know that they must study and that the “Yavaran” organization accompanies them on this path and provides any help they could possibly need.
